"We switched to State Farm in July, only to recieve a letter that our policy would cancel in September due to a DMV error with a prior vehicle leinholder. I emailed and explained the error and they had me send paperwork in to prove the error, which I did. I was the only one staying in contact about it. I open the app one day to check for any information, and my policy was just gone, disappeared from the app. No letter, email, call, nothing. The professionalism and communication was extremely lacking. I know they didnt choose to cancel us, the underwriting did, but they were our only point of contact to get it fixed, and allowed our policy to drop without being notified."

"Upon further review, it appears you bound this coverage online without any interaction from my team. Your policy was then assigned to my office. Hi Jason, I understand your frustration. As you mentioned, underwriting determines action on all policies. A letter was sent out to you in July regarding the non-renewal. We are legally required by law to do so. I’m more than happy to provide you with a copy. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers, and I apologize that you feel we fell short of your expectations"
